At Onesence, we place great importance on protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your data in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and PIPEDA.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our mediation services. This may include:

  • Information about your situation (collected via our diagnostic form or during sessions)

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Provide our mediation and support services
  • Communicate with you about your appointments
  • Improve the quality of our services
  • Meet our legal obligations

3. Protection and retention

We put in place rigorous physical, organizational and technological security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Your data is stored securely and kept only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Withdraw your consent to the use of your data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations)

6. Online situation assessment

Answers to the situation assessment are processed only in your browser: they are not sent to a server. They reach us only if you choose to attach a summary to a contact message. The contact form and booking service (Calendly) process the information you enter there.
